What is reaction time?
Reaction time is the interval between noticing a stimulus and responding to it. Here, it is the time from the target turning red to your click or tap.
What is a good reaction time?
For this test, under 200 ms is Excellent, 200–300 ms is Good, 301–400 ms is Average, and over 400 ms is Slow.
How can I improve my reaction speed?
